Scholix stores student account, profile, saved scholarship, recommendation, and usage data to provide scholarship matching and application planning.

Student profile data may include academic history, contact details, target destinations, tests, documents, achievements, and scholarship preferences. Scholix uses this data to rank opportunities and explain eligibility fit.

AI-assisted features only use profile and scholarship data needed to produce explanations or enrichment. Eligibility scoring remains deterministic and source-gated.

Students can export their data or request account deletion from Settings. Admin users may review scholarship, profile, and usage data for operations and quality control.

Production deployments should configure secure environment variables, database backups, access controls, and error monitoring before public launch.
